About

I am Fabio Felice Cudia, often known simply as Fabio Cudia. I started my career in Italy in construction and real estate. In 2005 I settled in Sofia, Bulgaria, where through Trilium EOOD I work on company formation, accounting and back-office services. My years in Bulgaria also sparked an interest in software development that I still bring to my work.

Since 2015 I have been working in Dubai, where I founded Opera Engineering FZ-LLC, operating under the BusinessUAE brand. I assist Italian entrepreneurs who want to open and run a business in the Emirates, from choosing the free zone to the licence, visas and tax compliance. My approach is simple: explain costs and timelines transparently, and say clearly when relocating or opening a company does not make sense.

Today I split my life between Bulgaria and Dubai, with my family. I speak Italian and English and also work with Russian-speaking clients.
